Bought two shirts, which when I tried them on at home discovered that the sleeves were excessively long. Upon return to the shop, was advised that all shirts have the same length sleeves, and that I should tighten the cuffs onto the second button and purchase a pair of arm bands!!Prior to this I had excellent service, but this sad response by Arnison was such that I will now seek an alternative draper for my requirements.
