I was on holiday when I lost my glasses at the bottom of Derwentwater while kiyaking! Less than 24 hrs later Specsavers had made me two new pairs. Otherwise I would have been unable to drive so this was an emergency situation for me. Helpful friendly staff who dealt with the situation calmly. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend.
