Ordered food online, said we would pay cash on delivery...fine. Order came 45 mins later. Man asked for 37.50 which my friend who was there would confirm. I went to go and find another 50p as I was short and he said it didnt matter and left. Ate our food, which is usually decent. Then suddenly thought how expensive it was for 2 medium kebabs and two kids meals. Looked at the receipt and it was 27.50! So rang them to inform them we had given 10 more to the delivery man than what was required and the man at Deniz called us liars! Said if we had been over charged why didnt we ring up straight away, explaining that we had 4 toddlers in the house that were very hungry and didnt even think about it straight away,Continued to call us liars!! Disgusting attitude! Wont be using Deniz again!

Ordered via the app, partner forgot an edit to the pizza so rang straight away and made sure it would be rectified. Receive our meal in good time, hot and most was tasty...but chopping a food item up finely does not mean it is not in the pizza! Thankfully it was out of dislike and not a food allergy. Very unhappy.
