Really nice old cinema, great old fashioned foyer area. Only gripe was limited legroom in screen 1 but then again if you don't mind being right at the front, you could always lounge on your own leather sofa with almost infinite legroom!
A trip to this cinema is always a pleasure. Friendly, welcoming, easy to get to. A good range of films shown, even live broadcasts of RSC & Opera, for those culturally inclined. It's a gem, and a real asset to Penrith.
Loved the whole experience, right from walking in the staff greeted me and my friend with such a positive attitude. Thought the film was amazing. Thanks Alhambra cinema for a great experience.
Great little cinema, screen 3 is really tiny, 60 seats maybe, and a smaller than usual screen, but very intimate. There are 2 other screens, usual size. Loos, bar etc and staff really friendly, parking nearby, and nearby pubs, restaurants etc.
Good food, friendly staff. Overall very good cinema with lits of space in the screens. A wide range of films always available that would keep you going back for more.
