NEEDED A RELAXING FEW HOURS AWAY AND DECIDED TO VISIT THIS PLACE. YOU GET AN HOUR LONG TOUR OF THE HOUSE FILLED WITH MANY BEAUTIFUL OBJECTS. THE WALLED GARDEN HAS PLENTY OF COLOUR AND VARIETY AND THE SURROUNDING GROUNDS ARE FILLED WITH SO MANY TREE VARIETIES AND SHADES OF GREEN. THIS PLACE ALSO HAS A PLEASANT CAFE TOO. MOST PLEASANT DAY.
Great place to visit with friendly staff. Also very pleased they allow dogs in the garden and tea room. Would appreciate some more dog bins however.
Lovely house in beautiful countryside. Friendly staff and great food in the restaurant. Reasonably priced. Well worth a visit!
Really did not know what to expect but a grand country house and exceedingly friendly and helpful staff. Gardens are wonderful and the house takes you through some different times and styles. Worth a visit and your support. Cafe is a big plus point.
Come here once or twice a year & take Dad for a day out. Easy parking flat walk to the house garden & cafe. Food is fresh local & well cooked at great prices & unique setting. The gardens are beautiful & there's a woodland walk.
