Mary was excellent with my Achilles tendon injury, she helped me understand a simple set of exercises to stretch my calves and the injured tendon and also gave me a couple of sessions of really good sports massage. I'm already much improved from when I first saw her and fully expect that this will get me back to my running. And a plus point is that Mary is very good company and the chat takes your mind off the massage when needed :-)
