I often pop into this shop to have a look around - the staff are always friendly and helpful, however, when I visited recently the shop was extremely cold. The door was open as per company policy! The staff were not complaining but I was - expecting people to work in such a cold environment is unacceptable and the comfort of customers is clearly not being considered by the company management. I suggest that during the winter months the door should be closed and a sign indicating the shop is open be placed where passers by can see it!
