I purchased a Skoda Yeti from Braithwaites, after agreeing a good part exchange deal.The salesman, Sam, was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy.When I took delivery of the car, I was very pleased with its performance, and accessories, but found a problem with the radio reception. I contacted the garage and was given some pointers on how to rectify the problem, but this was unsuccessful. I arranged to take the car back so that they could look at it, but it turned out to be a bigger job than first thought.I was given a courtesy car whilst they dealt with mine, and returned the next day to find the job completed.I dealt with three or four members of staff at Braithwaites and found them all very helpful and willing to help.This is a family business, and it shows. Customer satisfaction is paramount, and family values shine through. I recommend this garage to anyone who wants a great deal

I had a Starting and gear issue with my Range Rover Vogue SE. Spoke with Chris who was very knowledgable and he booked me in straight away. I dropped my car off late Monday afternoon prior to my Tuesday appointment and received a call at 08:43 Tuesday morning to say it was ready. Excellent service and would highly recommend. The bonus for me was the loan car too. Will happily use again.
We were in the Lake District for a long weekend and unfortunately had a problem with our Discovery 4. We rang Braithwaites Garage, and we were able to take the car straight away.
