Just when you thought there was a decent car dealer around....I was sold a BMW 3series X drive 6 days ago with the wrong size tyres on it, I only realised when I drove back home, 75 miles away. I was told by my local BMW dealer that my car was unsafe to drive as the tyres were too small for my wheels !! I went to replace the tyres straight away and informed David Hayton Penrith. David Hayton Penrith told me to 'get lost' in a polite way. 'Great' customer service!!!!THE CAR WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE !

Pulled out all the stops to get me a beautiful car within 2 days as it was away at another branch and I was without a car due to lloyd honda selling me a damaged vehicle.
