I was only here a brief stay with having a room booked for work but everything about this place was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cute rooms and I just love the look and feel of the whole building, warm and inviting. Great prices, secure parking and prime location with 5 min walk into penrith centre
Small family run hotel with an excellent ground floor accessible room for disabled guests. The grab rails in the shower have been removed probably because they were the metal type not the plastic ones normally used these days. Friendly landlord and staff.
Really nice room, massive bed. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly hosts. Small things count - bed sheets were nice quality, good tea and coffee making in room, very clean bedroom, breakfast was good quality. Highly recommended.
A wonderful B&B in Penrith. My wife and I have stayed here four different times (visiting family) and we will be back again! The owners always welcome us in with a smile and are happy to answer any questions and give recommendations. Breakfasts are delicious and the owners warmth is infectious and guests often end up chatting together - a lovely experience for all.
