My dog actually loves coming to the vets! The entire staff are fantastic and are always on hand to put our minds at ease when little Skye decides to go bump! Definitely recommend this vet.
Went today to collect a product that you can only get from a Vets. I walked in and was ignored. No one else in. Too busy to even look up from the computer or be acknowledged. I asked if they had Nutripet calmer. I got a look of bordome and told no. I was advised by the company that they were the stockists in Penrith Silence. So i looked at my phone to see i had got the correct name. But i was interupted by 'we have Nutrivet!Poor attitude all the way through. She the said do you want some. I said oh yes if you have it. She said ah, i thought you were on your phone and walked off. Came back told me two tabs for 11kg dog and asked if my dog was registered with them. i said no and quickly advised her that the dogs dont have to be registered with them to get the product. She stuck a label on the box, signed it, 11 please. Then said you dont get a receipt this is our copy because you paid by card. What a horrid horrid woman. Think you need to train your front counter staff. Had my other dog not had help from the actual vet who is great then i would cettainly never go back. 1.15pm today.
While staying at Centre Parcs Penrith our assistance dog split a nail on his paw (all the way up! Ouch!) Vets4Pets were friendly and professional and got it sorted out with a minimum of fuss.Parking is good and access easy for a wheelchair with lift to the vets upstairs.
I would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone without any hesitation. All the staff are highly professional and caring. The vets and vet nurses are wonderfully understanding and compassionate with animals. They helped me through a really hard time with my dog and he was treated with nothing but dignity and respect, and I was given lots of advice, help and support which helped me greatly. Wonderful practice.
Brilliant! Staff friendly, helpful. Vet was great with our cats. Very caring, knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend. Have visited a few times and each time the treatment has been excellent. Very impressed. Thank you!
