My insurance insisted on going here, job taken ages and whenever I rang whoever answered the phone never knew what was going on. I also had to go to them to pick up my courtesy car which was a KIA Piccanto and absolutely awful to drive, going from a 1 series to that was a insult.
Slow , hardly any communication at all , car came back with dent and drive shaft gone , after having it for over 2 months , certainly wouldnt recommend , avoid like the plague

I found them to be slow, poor communication, non-understanding, unwilling to accept my car had other issues other than their QUICK-BUCK MAKING PAINT AND GET IT OUT policy, terrible trying to get courtesy car from - Mind getting it back they were on the phone every 5 minutes and pushy. I would say, the finished product (boot/bumper) paint was of a good standard.
