How a truckstop should be! Decent food menu. Every shower cleaned after every use so no wonder there was drivers waiting. 2 for a clean shower and not like some of the services where it looks like someone has done the oil change on a Gardner engine.Much better than A.W. Jenkinsons competitor up the road at Carlisle.
Shower ace.. food blood awful... must of got the wrong chef.. breakfast was fantastic a while ago . Just had salad chips with quiche... bloody awful. Not worth 5pound 50.
Best truck stop EVER!!!! Great facilities all round. Good showers and about 14 wash basins, you get a key from the counter for your shower, great food (especially the home made chicken balti from the specials board), lots of truck space and a nice little bar. The only downside is you only get a 3 meal voucher when you pay for your parking which isn't great, but what the truck park has to offer will cater for your every need. It's very secure also with high metal fencing, a security control box with staff, and lots of CCTV.
