Been there twice in the last couple of months site spotlessly clean very large pitches. The toilet block is again very clean and the showers excellent obviously spent a lot of money recently building this.The owner is a very friendly and helpful chap with a great sense of humour . If had any complaints its would be a dog poo bin would be great but no hardship walking across to the main bins.
An amazing quiet campsite, among the best we've ever been to. The site is small with very spacious pitches, and very friendly owners. The toilet block is modern and clean, the grounds are well maintained and for it's location, an exceptional 4G signal. The site is well situated for the Lake District with the M6 only 3 miles away.The only two improvements they could possibly make would be new taps on the showers so you can change the temperature and smaller gravel, as I twisted my ankle on the stones.If we are coming up to the lakes again this will always be our first choice of campsite.

Very nice , quiet , private. Wonderful views. Easy to get on with owner . This place is spotless , good clean touring pitches. 1st time but won't be the last. Bang on for the lakes and all Cumbria.
First class big pitches very flat. Toilets and showers are luxurious and warm. Great host. Gorgeous views. So quiet.
