Fab camping pods, in picturesque setting. Amazing views and plenty of open space. Pods have electric points, barbeque and own seating area. Facilities are great with well kept toilet/shower facilities, children's play area in separate field and river walk. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely homemade cakes and preserves available to purchase. Would definitely recommended and excellent value for money.
Excellent Rural Site. If you want to get away from the city and just spend a bit of time slowing down or looking for a place to stop as you travel the M6 this is a pleasant choice. The grocery store is about a mile away as is the local PubRestaurant. The site does offer internet but you need one of the pitches close to the house to be in range.

Lovely campsite and bunk house. Stopped over during Sea to Sea (C2C) and the owners couldn't do enough to help us out. Great family ran site with clean facilities at excellent prices.
We have been three times to this campsite and I have to say it's wonderful every time. The owners Robert and Julie are so helpful and friendly. The facilities are spot on. Clean. Hot showers. Great pubs to eat at. Great walks. Beautiful scenery. Peaceful surroundings. We got a wonderful spot in view of the park so the kids could play whilst we relaxed. They are such a thoughtful couple. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely weekend.
